Brufut is very centrally located for people who want to enjoy both the Gambian-and nightlife. Brufut is a very nice Gambian village with friendly people. In the center of Brufut is a big local market where you can buy fish, vegetables and herbs. 

Here you will find one of the most beautiful beaches of Gambia. The state has a robust appearance by the many baobab trees. Here you can enjoy the unspoiled nature.


Brufut is about 20 minutes at the airport and 15 minutes from the Senegambia tourist area. In and around Senegambia you can find various restaurants and clubs where you can enjoy a snack and a drink. At about 5 kilometer you will find the fishing village of Tanji. Here you can see how the the fish will be downloaded.
